Mr. Israel D. Alin is the sole proprietor of ALiN Customs Brokerage and serves as the Chairman and CEO of ALiN Group of Companies and ALiN Cargo Express with over 300 employees. He is also the founder of SPOROS Foundation Co. extending financial and moral support to less fortunate children.
"ALiN Cargo Express’ balikbayan boxes was envisioned to bridge the distance between the OFWs and their families in an efficient and affordable rate. During the surge of the Covid-19, we knew that the OFWs had a difficult time. Some, if not most, lost their jobs. So to ease the anxiety felt by the OFWs and help them survive amid the pandemic, we offered Buy One-Take One on our Balikbayan Boxes in all our branches abroad. To help more OFWs, we will soon open more branches in the USA, Canada and Europe," Alin said.
Mr. Alin's advocacy has brought him many accolades, such as the Most Outstanding Customs Broker of the Year 2019; Special Citation for 2019 Nubla Excellence Award by PRC; University of the Visayas 2019 Most Outstanding Alumni; CCBI's President's Excellence Award in Community Service, to name a few. When he was the President of the CCBI-Cebu Chapter in 2017-2021, he led the holding of CPD Seminars and sports activities promoting the professional and social relationship of the members of the Chapter. He also led in holding the Customs Brokers Forum on March 2, 2019.
His proudest accomplishment is becoming a husband and father to four beautiful sons.
